In this role, you will help us deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. On your client accounts, you will act as the primary point of contact and you will be the internal expert on their business. You will interface regularly with clients, manage deliverables, and ensure we are helping them achieve their goals.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary point of contact on client accounts
- Working with strategists to manage deliverables
- Work alongside strategists to develop and implement paid search and social strategies
- Monitor performance and budgets for paid media campaigns
- Prepare client presentations
Your background should include:
- 5+ years at a paid media agency or as an in-house marketer
- Experience managing accounts with paid media spend is a plus
- Experience managing agency relationships as an in-house marketer is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and concepts
