As the director of analytics, you will lead our growing analytics team. You will be responsible for the analytics team as a whole and working directly on key accounts. You’re a master of creating processes and always have an eye to the future as you level up the analytics function as a whole.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading our analytics team across all accounts.
• Creating reporting processes that can be used across clients.
• Creating and improving templates for dashboards and reports.
• Leveling up our agency’s overall analytics function.
• Training existing staff on analytics as well as hiring and managing future hires.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales on developing analytics forward product offerings.

Your background should include:

• 3+ years experience in an analytics focused role either in-house or at an agency.
• Google Analytics experience.
• Google Ads & Facebook Ads reporting experience.
• Be a master of your tool of choice for reporting – excel/sheets/python/sql/etc.
